If possible, we will suggest you come to the accommodation earlier than the usual check-in time.
If you are late, we will give you directions for easier access to your destination and offer you the option of someone coming to greet you.

We will recommend you places according to your interests (gastronomy, entertainment, sightseeing and excursions), and ways to get to them, as long as you let us know in advance.
Show your booking voucher upon arrival to ensure that you are in the right accommodation.
Read the accommodation’s brochure for information about everything related to your stay (emergency telephone numbers, nearest destinations, etc.)
Contact us 24/7 for any matter concerning your stay and ask us to help you by mentioning the name of your accommodation.
In case of an emergency (accident, illness, theft, etc.) contact us immediately and we will notify the competent authorities.
All safety rules set out in the relevant legislation are observed in your accommodation, and you are covered by liability insurance.
During your stay, if you would like any of the extra services available at our accommodation (fishing trip, Cretan music night,
Cretan cuisine dinner, transport, etc.), let us know in advance so we can schedule them.
If you wish to check-out earlier, please let us know so that someone can be there at your departure.
Please check your personal belongings to make sure you have not forgotten anything. In case you do, we will send it to you if we find it at the accommodation.
If your flight is significantly delayed, it may be possible for you to stay at our accommodation past your scheduled check-out time. Please let us know so that we can guide you
We will provide you transport to your departure point if, due to circumstances beyond your control (car damage, illness, etc.), you are unable to travel, as long as you let us know in time.
Time of arrival after 4 pm. Time of departure until 11 am. In any case, we will let you know if it is possible to schedule an earlier arrival and a later departure.
It is the responsibility of the owner to comply with the health and safety standards for pets – where allowed.
The security deposit specified for each accommodation will be charged to the selected payment method upon your arrival and will be refunded to you upon your departure or within 24 hours of your departure, after we have checked for any damages to the accommodation.
According to the Greek legislation, quiet hours for the winter season (1 October-31 March) are from 15:30 to 17:30 & from 22:00 to 07:30 and for the summer season (1 April-30 September) from 15:00 to 17:30 & from 22:00 to 07:00.
There are no age restrictions concerning the visitors. However, visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
You can pay via PayPal, credit card or bank deposit. To confirm your booking, you must pay at least 30% of the price, or the total amount within 24 hours of our accepting your booking. You will pay the rest upon arrival. In case of a one-time payment, you will receive an 8% discount
In case of cancellation within 90 days before arrival, 100% of your deposit will be refunded and in case of cancellation within 60 days before arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations less than one month before arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
